Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2024-09-27T09:24Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2
Activity ID: 2024-09-27T09:24:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Note Keyword:
Source Signature Keyword:
PEA: Post eruption arcade
OFL: Moving/Opening field lines
Morphology Keyword:
U: Unknown
Note: Disjoint CME seen to the east made up of a southeasterly, wider portion and a northeasterly, jet-like portion. Analysis focuses on the southeasterly portion. May be associated with a minor filament seen near 09:00Z in GOES 304/SDO 304 or activity (moving and opening field lines) associated with active regions that are turning on to the Earth-facing disk.

The List of CME Analysis already entered:
Event Type Catalog
Measurement TypeCME measurement type: Leading Edge (LE), Shock Front (SH), Right Hand Boundary (RHB), Left Hand Boundary (LHB), Black/White Boundary (BW), Prominence Core (COR), Disconnection Front (DIS), Trailing Edge (TE).
Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type
